I don’t know about you but I’m the worst at drinking water! I’ve tried the reminder bottle that is programed to remind users me to drink water but that didn’t work for me, I tried that bottle has has little time slots on the side to keep me hydrated all day long and that didn’t work for me either. What has worked for me though is infused water since it tastes so yummy, keeps me refreshed all day long and has added benefits to. I literally crave it so no reminder needed! It is said that infused water can also help with weigh loss, increase our metabolism, burns fat, improves energy, helps with cramps, promotes healthy skin and more! Here are some of my favorite infused water recipes!
Cucumber Lemon Lime
Love this one, it helps with hydration, weigh loss,,appetite control, digestion and improves skin quality.
Strawberry Lemon Mint
Rich in vitamins, fiber, antioxidants and potassium. Also helps increase your metabolism and controls your appetite.
Orange Lime Lemon
High in vitamin C and helps with immune defense, heartburn, digestion and prevents skin damage.
Helps boost immunity, loaded with nutrients, contains disease-fighting antioxidants, and increase your metabolism.
Rich in nutrients, improves heart health, contains amino acid which helps relieve muscle soreness and is great for both your skin and hair.
I love using my Nova water bottle for these infused water recipes. The bottle is super cute and the strainer prevents me from swallowing pulp (I’m personally not a big fan of pulp).
